Pay sites banner exchange - coming in end of May 2003

In end of May 2003 we will launch a new banner exchange for pay sites. This will be an exclusive exchange,
with strict rules and with highest quality of traffic ever possible.

This banner exchange system will be only for pay sites - only love, romance, marriage, matchmaking,
personals, dating sites, and sites for singles and about singles with pay content or paid services will be accepted to new system. For you, as a possible future member of new exchange, this rule means that your site will receive only visitors who are able and willing to pay for using dating site services. No more visitors who are looking for some free of charge services - only visitors who can pay for your site services and who will become your site clients.

To increase effectiveness of new exchange for your site, our exchange members will have possibility to target sites they want to exchange traffic with - this could be all exchange pay sites, or pay sites listing Russian, Asian or Latin women.

Open and honest system - we will have a triple anti-cheating defense mechanism :

1) all sites before acceptance will be reviewed by exchange administrator to ensure that they comply with exchange rules

2) All exchange system clients will have access to full list of sites participating in exchange. This will give an additional guarantee that only sites that comply with exchange rules are participating in the system, and any exchange member can visit those sites and see how they display exchange system banners and send us a report if exchange members will discover that some site is thing to cheat other exchange members by trying to hide banners.

3) Sites with outcoming click ratio lower than 300:1 will be accepted (We believe that this rule is justified, because if site owner is not trying to cheat in one way or another, outcoming click ration from his site will never be lower than 300:1). This rule will guarantee for 100% that in this new exchange your banner will receive more clicks than in any other banner exchange.

If you own a dating site which offers paid services to your clients, you are welcome to submit a registration request for participating in new exchange. We will review your site, and if your site will be approved, when exchange will be launched you will receive a message from us informing you about your account status and steps necessary to start using exchange services.

For all sites owners who will submit a registration request for participating in new exchange before official launch of exchange, we will offer a 5:4 exchange ratio by the end of August 2003 (normal exchange ratio for other sites will be 3:2).
